What is a "client"?
Each of your customers is counted as one "client". You are charged $49.95/mo for each client that you manage with Clientskey, regardless of how many cleaners or locations are allocated to that client. For example, let's say you are a commercial cleaning company with 20 customers, the cost would be $999 per month, no matter how many locations and cleaners you use to service those 20 clients.
Is there a trial so I can try Clientskey out first?
Yes! We offer a one month free trial to all new potential customers with no restrictions on the apps features.
Is billing made monthly or annually?
We bill our customers on a monthly basis.
What happens if at some point I cancel my subscription, will I lose my organization information forever?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Whilst you won’t be able to access your information from the dashboard, we will not delete your organization information until after a period of 12 months. In between that period, of 12 months, you have the ability to pay the subscription and recover all your previous information.
What will happen to my organization details after one month in the trial version of Clientskey?
After the trial period, you will have a 12 month time frame in which you can keep your subscription up to date. You will, with the payment, be able to view all your previous information, including that which was entered during your trial run.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We only accept online payments.
We need to add a new client to our organization. How will that be billed?
When you add a new client, we'll automatically add a one-time charge to your account adjusted according to the days remaining on the current billing period. This will cover the new client’s account for the remainder of the current billing period. After that, the full amount for an extra member will be added to your regular invoice.
How secure is Clientskey?
Protecting our customers is our number one priority. Clientskey uses physical, procedural, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. We regularly back up your data to prevent data loss and aid in recovery. Additionally, we host data in secure SSAE 16 / SOC1 certified data centers, implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers to better protect your information.
Is there an on-premises version of Clientskey?
